What amenities are available at The Carriage House?
We offer a range of amenities including complimentary Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, tables and chairs for 125 people, additional tables for food presentation, an elevator, two fireplaces, four gender neutral restrooms, a grand piano, a sound system with microphones, and plenty of on-site and on-street parking.
Is The Carriage House LGBTQIA++ friendly?
We have always welcomed everyone to our building, without regard to race, color, sexual preference or political affiliation.
Do you permit alcohol at The Carriage House?
We permit beer, wine and champagne. Open bars are discouraged.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
With all packages, you get access to the building to decorate on the day before your event. On the day of, you may party until 11 pm, after which cleanup must begin.
Does The Carriage House host other events besides weddings?
Yes, The Carriage House is an ideal venue for parties, corporate events, baby showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceaneras, and much more.
Is parking available on-site?
Yes, both on-site and on-street.
Are there any nearby hotels?
The Carriage House is conveniently located within a few miles of several major hotel chains.
Do you offer any special discounts?
Yes, we offer a 15% discount for (active and reserve) military, as well as a 15% discount for weddings with fewer than 60 people.
Who cleans up after my event?
All weddings and receptions include cleanup by our staff. Other events require the renter to do cleanup, although you may hire our cleanup crew if you like.
Some places require us to use their vendors. Does The Carriage House do that?
Absolutely not. We are a DIY venue. You choose your own officiant, caterer, DJ or band. Need suggestions? See our rental page.
Can we put a tent outside in the garden?
Yes, but the tent poles cannot penetrate the ground. (We have sprinkler lines that water our grass and plants.)
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel anytime up to one month before the date, for a full refund.
